All digital designs, workflows, textual content, branding, and proprietary processes created by The French Tooth LLC are:

• Intellectual property of The French Tooth LLC, unless explicitly transferred in writing
• Licensed to the clinician solely for the purpose of treating patients
• Not to be copied, modified, resold, or redistributed without permission
   

Clinicians remain responsible for ensuring restorations fit clinical needs and comply with medical regulations.

The French Tooth LLC provides digital laboratory services, not clinical care.
Therefore:

• Final clinical decisions are the sole responsibility of the treating dentist
• All medical outcomes depend on clinician skill, patient factors, and clinical judgment
• The French Tooth cannot be held liable for patient outcomes or treatment decisions
   

While we strive for accuracy:

• Digital designs are based on the information provided
• Errors in clinician-provided data may affect results
• The clinician must verify accuracy before clinical use
